Requirements

Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments
Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
Work both independently and with a team
Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
Applicant must be 18+ years due to alcohol and other service requirements.

Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests
Guest satisfaction-oriented

Nice To Haves

Server experience in a high-volume food & beverage environment, preferred.
Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, and beer, preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble and deliver all food and supplies to suites
Present food and beverages to guests in the suites
Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
Maintain cleanliness of service areas and suites storage in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
Perform any other duties as assigned
