Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification
• Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests throughout the event.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu and available products.
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, ensuring correct placement of dishes and quality meets Levy Core Signature standard.
• Communicate special requests, allergens, or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing tables, and providing additional support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food running station and service areas.
• Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, daily and monthly inventory.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of restaurant and table numbers to ensure efficient service.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
