About The Position
The Suites Runner supports suite attendants in the setup, operation, and cleanup of suites, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role focuses on preparing and stocking suites with the necessary products, utensils, and supplies, as well as assisting with pre-ordered food and beverage setups and in-event deliveries. This role pays an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with coworkers, management, and guests, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Capability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Previous experience in food service highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Possession of a valid food handling certificate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare suites for guests by ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for events.
- Assist suite attendants with the setup and execution of pre-ordered food and beverage items.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to suites during events promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of suite work areas and equipment.
- Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in all workspaces.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.
