About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Suites Kitchen Expo Supervisor to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Suites Kitchen Expo Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience. Requirements
- Must be able to work the majority of the event schedule
- Knowledge of food and wine preferred
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen push times, ensuring all items are labeled and stored properly
- Assist team members in separating food into categorized carts and ready to be executed
- Review FOH notes and sticker production with the culinary team during events
- Ability to communicate and delegate any orders during an event
- Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
