About The Position

The Suites Event Day Lead will act as the FIRST point of contact on event days between the Suite Guests, Suite Attendants and the Support team.

  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

  • Checking in with Management for event details and tasks
  • Work with Pantry Coordinators to coordinate final suite setup details
  • Overseeing the Support Runners setup duties to ensure the operation is executed smoothly
  • Check on any late orders submitted and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist with any suite setups required
  • Review and print any necessary reports from Tapin2.
  • Work with Pantry Coordinator and gather all Suites Staff for a safety briefing & EVENT DETAILS FOR THE DAY PRIOR TO DOORS OPENING
  • Follow up with all Suite Attendants to ensure all pre-ordered food is delivered on time
  • Assist any Suite Attendant with their Tapin2 orders & bill distribution / quick troubleshooting with IT
  • Check in with all Suite Clients and confirm all F&B service requirements are accurate
  • Communicate with the Pantry Coordinator and Suites Manager during the event with any revisions or other pertinent notes and details that everyone should be made aware of
  • Ensure Suite Attendants have restocked their suites once Support Runners have dropped off the product.
  • Assign closing tasks to Suite Attendants
  • Assist Pantry Coordinator if needed with tear down of Service Bar.
  • Complete a full suite check walkthrough after suite fridges have been restocked and suites cleaned up
  • Suite Garbage will be collected by housekeeping. Do not pull garbage out of the bins and leave them in the hallways until all guests have departed.
  • Pantry garbage is to be collected and can be left outside the pantry door after all guests have left.
  • Complete full suite checks of EVERY suite & collect Suite attendant Check Lists/Paperwork & Event Notes for review
  • Grant approval of Suite Attendants and Support staff to sign out once all tasks are completed.
