Requirements

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be results driven
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must complete Alcohol Compliance Training
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Must have two years of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Suite Attendant experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timeliness of food delivery and service to suite holders
  • Assist in restocking of suites to par level
  • Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Serves orders to guests when ready
  • Observes and follows-up with guests to respond if they require additional service
  • Present bills to guests for signature and payment
  • Follows all health codes
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Performs other duties as assigned
