About The Position

Suite Attendants provide a superior level of service and hospitality to guests in our executive and hospitality suites. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes: Fully responsible for an assignment of Executive and Hospitality Suites, Taking and delivering food orders and providing premium food and beverage service, Communicating a thorough knowledge of menu items, food presentation, and beverage selection, Building strong relationships with returning guests and Suite owners in a high-touch environment, Working collaboratively as a member of a larger team across the organization and continuously interacting in a positive and professional manner, Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Completion of a Serving it Right certificate
  • At least two years of serving experience in a fine dining environment
  • Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
  • Able to maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Be a solutions provider, committed to continuous improvement ideas and initiatives
  • Display a neat, tidy, and professional presentation to meet a high level of appearance and service standards
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit with a minimum of 8 months of validity remaining
