About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Suite Attendant to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. This is a fast-paced role offering opportunity and potential to learn where your efforts are rewarded. Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
• Exposure to variable temperatures
• May be required to work in narrow spaces

Responsibilities

• Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival
• Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Communicate any additional food and beverage orders during the game with our Culinary or Management Team
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
