Onsite

About The Position

HealthRIGHT 360, a family of programs, operates in 11 counties throughout California, offering a comprehensive range of medical and behavioral health services. They serve marginalized communities with primary care, mental health support, detoxification, residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and transitional services for individuals involved in the criminal justice system. North County Serenity House (NCSH), a residential program of HealthRIGHT 360, founded in 1966, provides substance use disorder services in a gender-responsive and trauma-informed environment. NCSH uses evidence-based practices that recognize the role of trauma in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, integrated substance use and mental health services are provided. The residential facility serves up to 120 women, with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age, seeking recovery from substance use disorders. The SUD Counselor I is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team supporting clients through assessment of their needs and strengths for health and recovery.
