HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations, aiming to tackle systemic barriers and promote health equity. They offer a wide range of services including mental health, substance use treatment, and primary health services, along with transitional support for individuals re-entering the community. North County Serenity House (NCSH), a residential program of HealthRIGHT 360, has been providing substance use disorder services since 1966. NCSH offers a gender-responsive and trauma-informed environment for up to 120 women (and up to 20 children) seeking recovery from substance use disorders, with integrated services for co-occurring mental illness. The Case Manager I role is an in-person position focused on coordinating client care within the organization's services and with external providers. This role involves assisting clients with intake, assessments, benefit applications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Services can be provided flexibly in outpatient offices, residential settings, or in the community, requiring reliable transportation.
