About The Position

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant for an exciting opportunity at our client. As a SuccessFactors Consultant within the IT HR domain, your primary focus will be on the SuccessFactors SaaS application, particularly the Benefits and Employee Central. This person will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including key users, super users, development teams, business analysts, and project managers, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in configuration with a very deep understanding of the Benefits and Employee Central (EC) modules (specifically knowing how to set up RBTs).
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Ability to work independently.
• Understanding of system dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders across different regions.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of SuccessFactors SaaS application, specifically Benefits and Employee Central modules.
• Engaging with key users, super users, development teams, business analysts, and project managers.
• Ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of solutions.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proactively proposing solutions to the business.
• Leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborating within a global team environment.
