About The Position

Creative Child Learning Center, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Substitute Childcare Teacher to maintain continuity in educational programs when regular teachers are absent. The role involves supporting young children’s learning, development, safety, and well-being in a positive classroom environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. Endeavor Schools offers a supportive environment, education incentives, and career development programs. The position pays $15.50–$16.00 per hour. It requires Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law; candidates may need to complete screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center is preferred.
