Substitute Teacher
About The Position
Guidepost Montessori is seeking warm, dependable on-call substitute teachers to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms when full-time teachers are absent. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation and onboarding. This as-needed role supports multiple classrooms serving children ages 0–6 and helps maintain a calm, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. It may offer a pathway to a full-time Assistant Teacher position. Hours and days vary according to school needs. The position may suit people seeking flexible, part-time, or supplemental work. Requirements
- Valid state background check.
