Teachers Now is seeking dependable Substitute Teachers to support schools in the Midland and Odessa area. This role offers a flexible schedule and does not require a teaching certification, making it accessible for individuals with at least a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Substitute Teachers are crucial in maintaining a positive learning environment by following lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and fostering student engagement during the absence of regular teachers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom instruction using lesson plans provided by the teacher
- Maintain a respectful and organized learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage participation
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
- Assign and review classwork and homework
- Record attendance and communicate concerns to school staff
- Support school staff in maintaining a safe and productive classroom
- For long-term assignments, substitutes may also develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
