Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ year(s) experience working with K-12 students.
• Confident in managing a classroom of students.
• Willing to step in where needed (lunch/recess supervision, hallway monitoring, tutoring, proctoring).
• Pass state & federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments).
• Believe every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world.

Nice To Haves

• Willing to commute to 2+ boroughs.
• Available to teach 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Substitute teach in K-12 classrooms.
• Manage a classroom of students.
• Step in where needed, including lunch/recess supervision, hallway monitoring, tutoring, and proctoring during testing season.
• Add representation in classrooms through unique experiences.
