About The Position

Set your own schedule, earn up to $210/day, and make a real difference in your community. Become a substitute teacher in Brooklyn and surrounding NYC area and create powerful moments that shift students’ perception of what’s possible. Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ year(s) experience working with K-12 students
• Confident managing a classroom of students
• Willing to step in where needed
• Pass state & federal background checks

Nice To Haves

• Willing to commute to 2+ boroughs
• Available to teach 3 days/week

Responsibilities

• Substitute teach in classrooms
• Lunch/recess supervision
• Hallway monitoring
• Tutoring
• Proctoring during testing season
