Requirements
- Valid California Multiple or Single Subject Credential, Education Specialist Instruction Credential OR 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit.
- Credential Copy (detailed credential copy)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (two or more, within one year preferred)
- Resume
- Required fingerprint verification (approximate cost of $52 to the employee)
- Proof of negative TB result (within 4 years) at employee’s cost or a “Certificate of Completion” signed by a licensed health care provider for the Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire
- Certificate of Completion for the CA Mandated Reporter Training
