About The Position

Teachers Now partners with local schools to provide dependable substitute teachers who help students stay on track and succeed in the classroom. The company is expanding its team in Abilene, Texas, and seeks motivated individuals who want to make a difference in education. Substitute Teachers support local schools and students by following lesson plans and managing classrooms. The position offers flexible scheduling and paid training, with full-day and half-day assignments available.

Requirements

• At least 60 college credit hours or an Associate's Degree.
• No teaching certification is required.
• Be dependable and professional, and comfortable working with students.
• Be able to follow lesson plans and manage a classroom.
• Be available for weekday assignments.
