Requirements
- Associate degree or minimum 60 college credit hours
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Dependability, punctuality, and reliable transportation

- At least 1 year of classroom or childcare experience
Responsibilities
- Bring learning to life by delivering engaging instruction from lesson plans provided by classroom teachers
- Create a safe, supportive, and positive classroom environment where students thrive
- Encourage participation and maintain classroom structure with confidence
- Supervise students during lessons, lunch, recess, and transitions
- Assign, guide, and review classwork to keep students on track
- Take attendance and report student needs or concerns to school staff
- Partner with teachers and administrators to support both academic and behavioral success
- Design and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum goals (For long-term roles)
