About The Position

Silverline Montessori, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Substitute Childcare Teacher to maintain continuity in educational programs when regular teachers are absent. The role involves helping create a positive learning environment and supporting young children’s learning, development, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. Experience working in schools is not required; candidates from fields such as customer service, healthcare, and retail may also be qualified. The position offers pay of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
