About The Position

Kokua is seeking passionate individuals to become substitute teachers in Saint Paul, MN, for the 2025-2026 school year. Requirements

• 6 months experience working with students (tutoring, camps, volunteer and other experience counts!)
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Current residence in or willingness to commute to Saint Paul and Minneapolis
• MN Substitute Teaching License or Educators license
• Confidence to manage a classroom of students
• Ability to pass state & federal background check
• Have reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage a classroom of students.
• Positively contribute to the community by sparking a love for learning in students.
