About The Position

Montessori Academy Sharon Springs is seeking a Substitute Childcare Teacher to maintain continuity in educational programs when regular teachers are absent. The role involves supporting children’s learning, development, safety, and well-being in a positive environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. Endeavor Schools offers a supportive environment, education incentives, and career development programs. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
