About The Position
This position is for a Daily Rate Substitute Teacher at Thomas Metcalf School, a service unit of the College of Education of Illinois State University. The role involves providing academic classroom instruction for students in grades PreK-8 when the regular teacher is absent. Metcalf Laboratory School offers a comprehensive program of instruction for over 400 students and aims to serve as a model for educational methods and theory, support the preparation of future educators, conduct educational research, offer quality educational programs for children, and disseminate information to others in the educational profession. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Illinois teaching certificate or valid Illinois Substitute teaching certificate
