Provides clerical and administrative support to school and district offices on an as-needed basis. Duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, taking attendance, maintaining student records, entering data, preparing correspondence, and filing documents. Assists staff with daily office tasks while maintaining confidentiality and providing courteous, professional customer service. Note: Placement in this position requires successful completion of a secretary skills assessment/test.
