About The Position

This on-call role is perfect if you enjoy working with keiki but need flexibility. You’ll support our preschool teams across different classrooms, helping create a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children—while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education. The role is perfect for students, caregivers, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible, purposeful work. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable working with young children in a classroom setting
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawaiʻi (or have plans to relocate).

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms to assist or lead when staff are out
• Help with daily routines, activities, and supervision
• Support children’s learning through play and interaction
• Maintain a safe, positive and welcoming classroom environment
• Work with different age groups and teaching teams
