Under the direction of the Expanded Learning Site Supervisor, this role facilitates and implements After-school Instructional Provider program activities. The provider will deliver assigned instruction for TK-8 students and supervise after-school program students. Substitute Instructional Providers may work at various sites and receive assignments based on availability. They will fill in for needed assignments, working directly with an assigned class of approximately 20-25 students, acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. This position is distinguished by its application in an afterschool program setting, with duties specific to the district partner’s Expanded Learning Program requirements. Incumbents will implement program activities and instruction for TK-8 students that have been established for the group for which they are providing coverage.
