About The Position

Substitute Instructional Assistant for all grade levels. This role supports educational activities across all grade levels. The position requires the use of sensory skills for effective communication and interaction, as well as the ability to operate standard office equipment. Physical capabilities for tasks such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions are necessary. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• College official transcripts
• Negative TB test
• 3 professional online references (survey), 1 from current supervisor
• Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact
• Physical capability to operate office equipment
• Ability to perform tasks involving climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, or repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute instructional assistance for all grade levels.
• Communicate and interact with employees and the public via telephone and personal contact.
• Operate office-related equipment such as personal computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines.
• Perform tasks involving climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, or repetitive motions.
