About The Position

The School District of Onalaska is seeking substitute paraprofessionals to work in the health room on an as-needed basis. These non-certified staff assist in the health room under the guidance of the school nurse. This is an on-call position covering open paraprofessional assignments that occur infrequently or daily throughout the school year. Hours vary by school, and candidates choose the days and hours they are available. The role is part-time and pays $16.25 per hour. Work is limited to the school day, with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years (48 credits) of post-high-school education or an associate degree is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
