Position Summary: Counseling In Schools (CIS) is seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Substitute Group Leaders to support NYC after-school programs serving students in grades K–8 throughout the 2026–2027 school year. Substitute Group Leaders will support Activity Specialists and program leadership in maintaining safe, structured, and engaging after-school environments. Responsibilities include supervising groups of students, assisting with activities, supporting behavior management, and promoting social-emotional learning and positive youth development practices.
