About The Position

CW Wright Construction Company is seeking experienced Substation Linemen to staff full and partial crews in Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland. The role involves constructing new electrical substations and performing repairs and maintenance on high- and low-voltage substations. Travel is required.

Candidates must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for substation construction and maintenance. Requirements

• Extensive experience in all facets of electrical substation construction.
• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• A clean driving record.
• Must qualify for or possess a Commercial Driver’s License.
• Required travel.
• Resume or detailed application, including references able to verify experience level.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Substation Lineman is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct new electrical high- and low-voltage substations.
• Repair and perform maintenance on electrical high- and low-voltage substations.
