About The Position
The Substation Design Intern will work closely with engineering resources to develop high-quality substation design packages. The role supports engineered design packages intended to be constructible for power substations ranging from 34.5 kV to 500 kV. The successful candidate will work in an in-office, collaborative team environment. This is a part-time position of up to 40 hours per week for Winter Break 2026 and/or Summer Break 2027.
Requirements
- Working toward at least an Associate of Science degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in a technically related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Efficiency with AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
