Substance Use Services Specialist

About The Position
The Substance Use Services Specialist will oversee the training, supervision, and day-to-day work of Substance Use Services workers across the agency under the guidance of the Clinical Director of Substance Use Services. They will also maintain a client caseload and provide outpatient therapy services.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for an independent Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification in the state of Iowa (CADC, IADC, or IAADC)
- Must have at least 3 years of experience independently providing substance use disorder services
- Must have at least 3 years of experience providing services in a clinical setting
Nice To Haves
- An active Iowa license (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT) is preferred but not required
