About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder, providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Our comprehensive approach aims to combat the opioid epidemic and guide individuals toward recovery. We operate outpatient, office-based clinics across multiple states, serving over 26,500 patients. Requirements

General experience working with underserved populations in a clinical setting.
LMSW
LCSW
LPC
LADAC

Nice To Haves

Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provides individual counseling to highly complex patients
Conducts clinical assessments to appropriately assess patient’s treatment needs
Designs and updates the patient’s treatment plan, including care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning
Manages assigned caseload and compliance with clinical treatment requirements
Collaborates with nurses and providers to provide holistic treatment services
Facilitates urine drug screening for patients
