Requirements

• Licensure (Required): CADC-I, CADC, LCAS-A, or LCAS
• Experience with SUD, mental health, or trauma-informed care
• Strong communication & teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Master's in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s/HS Diploma with CADC or CADC-I

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• Complete assessments & individualized treatment planning
• Document services in EHR (timely & compliant)
• Support aftercare planning & care coordination
• Assist with crisis intervention & LOC assessments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
