Fleet Response is seeking a Subrogation Support Specialist to join our Subrogation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in subrogation, claims, insurance, collections, or fleet services while gaining hands-on experience managing lower-complexity recovery files and supporting the overall subrogation process. Candidates located within commuting distance of our Hudson, Ohio corporate office will begin working in-office and may become eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 90 days. Candidates who are not local to the Hudson area may be considered for a remote work arrangement, based on departmental needs and business requirements. The Subrogation Support Specialist plays an important role in supporting Fleet Response's recovery efforts by managing lower-complexity subrogation claims from initial review through resolution. This position reviews claim information, verifies insurance coverage, identifies responsible parties and carriers, gathers supporting documentation, prepares subrogation demands, communicates with insurance companies and other involved parties, and assists with negotiating settlements on behalf of Fleet Response clients. The Subrogation Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining an assigned inventory of files, completing timely follow-up, documenting all claim activity, and ensuring recovery efforts remain within applicable statutes of limitation and client requirements. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, research and investigative skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
