About The Position
Repwest is hiring a Subrogation Adjuster to join their team. Individuals in this role will be responsible for the identification and collection of subrogation recoveries including first party U-Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, commercial general liability damages.
Requirements
- Collections and/or Adjusting experience.
- Heavy phone work required.
- Excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
- Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation.
Responsibilities
- Identification and collection of subrogation recoveries including first party U-Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, commercial general liability damages.
- Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements.
- All other duties as required that ensures compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.
