The program requires a significant investment of limited resources, and this role is crucial for keeping the project on a productive path. As a skilled program and project management specialist, you will ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. You will serve as the government client's direct Point of Contact (POC) for all vendor-facing efforts on the program. Your responsibilities will include managing daily programmatic issues such as budget, engineering problems, production deliveries, and contractual obligations. You will assist in the daily execution and management of the program, manage vendor relations, track deliverables, and provide recommendations regarding programmatic topics. Additionally, you will assist the project manager on the issuance of contract modifications and funding allocations, independently develop briefs, updates, and program projections to make decisions on funding allocations and allotments, manage and maintain hardware delivery schedules, and manage and maintain Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
