About The Position

BMS CAT is a trusted leader in disaster restoration, supporting clients through every stage of the recovery process from initial clean-up to full reconstruction. We handle projects ranging from multi-million-dollar commercial losses to residential repairs of all sizes. Founded in 1948, BMS CAT has built a long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and service excellence. We are currently looking for quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list, especially companies with specialties in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work. Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our sub-contractors to carry specific insurance limits.

Requirements

• Carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury.
• Carry Business Automobile Liability with $1,000,000 combined single limit OR $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person, $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence, and $500,000 property damage.
