About The Position
re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company with over 33 years of continuous growth. We are expanding our subcontractor network and actively onboarding experienced, licensed HVAC companies. We are seeking skilled, experienced HVAC firms to join our company. As a member of our team, you’ll take on a wide variety of projects. We have an immediate need for an upcoming commercial project in Gulfport FL. If you are an HVAC company that is licensed & fully insured, it's time to launch your new partnership with re:fab. We are on-boarding HVAC companies immediately for an upcoming large-scale full remodel for a commercial project in Gulfport FL-accepting bids now.
Requirements
- Carry your own general liability, auto and workers comp insurances
- [2+] years previous experience working as a HVAC
- Valid license as required by state law
- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good physical dexterity and the ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Adjust all supplies and returns to new layout
- Read blueprints to determine best plumbing layouts for installation, collaborating with other professionals as needed
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes and other plumbing fixtures in both commercial and residential facilities
- Fit and repair various household appliances
- Answer calls for plumbing emergencies, fixing issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Inspect plumbing for code compliance and safety issues
- Prepare estimates for client needs
- Maintain a record of time spent working, including tasks completed and supplies used
