Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects. We are growing rapidly and are looking to partner with dependable professionals who are committed to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We provide a consistent volume of work and the flexibility to keep your crews engaged throughout the year. Our company has completed its 6th fiscal year with over $270 million in installed work and is projected to reach over $500 million in net sales by 2026. We are currently looking for subcontractors specializing in the following areas: Vinyl Siding Installation, Hardie Siding Installation, Metal Roofing, Asphalt Shingle Roofing, Gutter Installation, and Fascia & Soffit Work.
Requirements
- Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage)
- Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
- Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Professional references from recent installations
