About The Position
SERVPRO of Catonsville is actively seeking skilled, reliable, and professional subcontractors to partner with on a wide range of residential and commercial renovation and repair projects. We are looking for solo contractors or small/large crews who are passionate about quality work and want consistent opportunities. We are building a network of subcontractors who are motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with us.
Requirements
- Valid General Liability and Workers' Comp Insurance (Must Provide Documentation)
- Valid Drivers License
- Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Ability to handle small and large-scale jobs
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Responsibilities
- Drywall installation & repair
- Trim carpentry & painting
- Flooring installation
- Kitchen & bathroom remodels
- Roofing, siding, gutters
- Window & door installations
- Full home renovations
- Emergency response work: Roof tarping & board-ups (during and after hours)
