About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking professional roofing, metal roofing, roofing repair, gutter, or siding subcontractor crews looking for steady work and strong partnerships. The role involves completing residential and commercial roofing projects. A paid trial build is required before full approval to join as a Shamrock crew. Approved crews will be placed on a waiting list for upcoming projects. Shamrock emphasizes fair scheduling across all its markets.
Requirements
- Valid business license and insurance (general liability & workers comp)
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Experience with asphalt shingles, flat roofing, and/or metal roofing
- Commitment to quality work and safety standards
