About The Position
Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking professional roofing subcontractor crews looking for steady work and strong partnerships. The role involves performing residential and commercial roofing projects. A paid trial build is required before full approval to become a Shamrock crew. Approved crews will be placed on a waiting list for scheduling in all markets. Shamrock emphasizes fair scheduling and opportunities for long-term partnership.
Requirements
- Valid business license and insurance (general liability & workers comp).
- Reliable transportation and tools.
- Experience with asphalt shingles, flat roofing, and/or metal roofing.
- Commitment to quality work and safety standards.
