About The Position

Dynamic is seeking skilled subcontractor teams, specifically licensed Master or Journeyman Electricians with a reliable crew, to lead residential solar installations, electrical service upgrades, and energy storage integrations. This partnership allows subcontractors to focus on high-quality craft and field execution while Dynamic manages the project pipeline, customer acquisition, and back-office coordination. The role involves a consistent, high-volume project pipeline with competitive and dependable pay, seamless support from dedicated project managers, and opportunities for long-term growth within the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

• Valid Texas Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician License.
• Strong background in residential electrical work (Required).
• Reliable commercial vehicles, tools, ladders, and PPE.
• Capability to pull local permits as needed.
• Active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage.
• Dedication to safety, clear communication, punctual crew management, and exceptional customer interactions.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in residential solar PV installation (Strongly Preferred).
• Direct experience with Sonnen battery storage systems (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Turnkey mounting, wiring, and commissioning of residential solar PV systems according to custom engineering designs.
• Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs), subpanel installations, generator interlocks, and utility tie-ins.
• Conduit bending, clean wire management, equipment mounting, and device wiring to meet high aesthetic and safety standards.
• Installation of advanced residential battery storage solutions (Sonnen system experience preferred).
• Ensure all completed work strictly complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), local municipal standards, and utility guidelines.
• Coordinate required inspections, resolve punch-list items promptly, and maintain professional, safe job sites.
