Position Details:
Role: Subcontract Administrator III
Department: Operations
Location: Merritt Island, FL 32953
Contract Duration: 6 month contract to start. Possibility for extension
Pay Rate: FL: 83.35–104.20/hr
Role Overview:
In this role, you will support New Product Integration (NPI) within the SCM team. You will own cradle-to-grave procurement including sourcing, quoting, negotiating, placing, and closing purchase orders and subcontracts for hardware, components, materials, and services. Key responsibilities include tracking open orders, embedding within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and managing supplier performance and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of subcontract administration or procurement experience in the aerospace industry
• Proven cradle-to-grave procurement and IPT experience
• U.S. person status (due to export control regulations)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NPI in SCM
• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or Costpoint)
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and aerospace supplier quality standards.

Responsibilities
