In this entry level role, you will support a variety of procurement and subcontracting administration activities with a primary focus on invoice payments and closeout activities for purchase orders and subcontracts in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. You will work in established policies and procedures while partnering with suppliers, internal departments, and customers. This position is in the Procurement Department in the Business Directorate and is well suited for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in developing a career in procurement. This position may offer a hybrid schedule, which includes the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week, after a probationary period. The specifics of the hybrid schedule, including the exact number of days required in the office and virtual work options may vary based on the needs of the team and the organization.
