About The Position

The FAST Labs™ Supply Chain organization is looking to hire a Principal Subcontract Administrator to support the FAST Labs™ Fundamental Research mission. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of fundamental research subcontracts across a diverse group of technology partners and academic institutions. Responsibilities include executing proprietary information agreements (PIAs), as well as the full subcontract lifecycle from the proposal phase through negotiation, award, execution, and final close-out.

Requirements

DoD Subcontracts Experience
ITAR and International Procurement Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Ability to find win-win solutions; a 'make it happen' attitude
Proficient use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience
U.S. Citizenship

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a DoD subcontracting environment.
PMP certification will be viewed favorably.
Prior experience with Oracle will also be viewed favorably.
