Requirements

Subaru Master Technician Certification preferred
Previous Subaru dealership experience strongly preferred
ASE Certifications are a plus
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Subaru vehicles
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and drivability concerns
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
Utilize Subaru diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors
Document repair orders thoroughly and accurately
Assist with mentoring and training less experienced technicians when needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
