Responsible for determining the equipment, pricing, developing contracts, arranging transportation, as required, and preparing required documentation and records. This role involves general housekeeping and organization of materials, maintaining daily log sheets and group communication, and tracking sheets to identify and track equipment, materials, and components, as well as repairs. The coordinator is also responsible for tagging and identifying all equipment, materials, and components (Relief valves, Rotating Equipment, Control Valves) that may be removed from a Unit/Work Area or used for reinstall. Additionally, the role involves monitoring equipment deliveries and shop repairs/returns paperwork, coordinating flow bin deliveries, and assisting with fabrication deliveries and revisions. Vendor escorting to job sites may also be a responsibility. The position requires performing other job-related duties as assigned.
