This is a part-time, nonexempt position. A nonexempt Team Player is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. Sub Team Players do not have a set schedule but are assigned work shifts based on availability and business needs. Any scheduled work hours will be set during normal club hours of operation. This position may work outside of regularly scheduled shift hours to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight as required. Work hours are subject to change at any time depending on business needs. Subs must work no less than 4 hours per month and no more than 20 hours per week. Employment may be terminated if the Sub (1) has not met the minimum schedule requirements, (2) has not actively worked within the last 60 calendar days, or (3) has declined three (3) consecutive work shifts that they indicated they would be available to work on their Sub Availability Form.
